The 372-acre park is located on the west side at the north end of the lake.  The facilities include 25 electric sites, none electric sites, 10 picnic shelters, vault toilets and a hiking trail.  The 2 boat ramps are silted in and useable only at high lake levels.

Fancy Creek campgrounds has no water or Showers.  Both are available 2 miles east of Fancy Creek campgrounds, at another camping area.  Most folks just bring a 5 gallon jug and fill it up when they head to the shower house.

Fancy Creek is the preferred campgrounds for our club for several reasons.

1. It is the closest campground to the ORV park.

2. It's a really enjoyable place to camp, secluded and quiet.

3. It has both electric and non-electric sites.
